Aroop Manpower Services holds Overseas Employment Promoter licence OP&HRD/4162/SKT, issued by the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment in 2017. Everything below is handled from one office: sourcing and trade testing, medicals at embassy-approved hospitals, visa endorsement, Protector of Emigrants clearance and dispatch. For a normal order with attested paperwork, that runs four to five weeks end to end.
The services split three ways. Recruitment and placement covers who we find and how they are tested. Visa, documentation and mobility covers everything between selection and the flight. Workforce and business support covers what happens after deployment. Most employers need the first two; the third exists for companies that would rather not staff those functions themselves.

Document Attestation
Before a job order can be registered, your demand letter and power of attorney have to be attested by the relevant government authority or chamber of commerce in your country, and by the Pakistani embassy or consulate where one exists. We handle the Pakistan side of that chain and check your drafts before you attest them. A wrongly worded demand letter discovered after attestation means starting the whole sequence again.

Executive Search
Some roles are filled by volume, and some are filled by finding the right three people. Project managers, senior engineers, nursing supervisors, store managers and camp managers fall in the second group. For these we run a targeted search rather than a database pull, present a short list against your criteria, and arrange direct interviews so you make the call yourself.

Bulk Recruitment
Large orders do not behave like small ones. A fifty-man multi-trade demand needs newspaper advertising alongside database sourcing, trade tests booked in blocks, and medicals and visa endorsement sequenced in waves rather than all at once. We plan the batches against your mobilisation dates and tell you at the start which trades will land first and which will lag.

Global Mobility
Moving a workforce across borders involves more than a visa. Documentation, deployment scheduling, joining dates and travel coordination all have to line up, and a delay in one stalls the rest. We coordinate those moving parts on the Pakistan side so workers arrive when your project needs them, with paperwork that will stand up at both ends.

Global Staffing
Employers running sites in more than one country usually end up dealing with a different agent in each. We work as a single Pakistan sourcing channel feeding several destinations, using the same screening standard and the same reporting for each. One point of contact, one set of trade test records, one account handling Saudi, the Gulf, Africa and the Far East.

Group Ticketing
Workers travelling as a batch need seats on the same flight, booked around visa endorsement dates that can move. We handle the booking and reconfirm the schedule with you before dispatch, so your site knows exactly who is arriving and when. Ticketing is coordinated with the pre-departure briefing rather than bolted on afterwards.

HR Management
A job description written for a local market rarely survives contact with an overseas hire. We help draft roles that describe what the work actually involves, benchmark salary against the destination country rather than against Pakistani rates, and plan headcount across a project's phases. Getting the salary line right at demand letter stage prevents most contract disputes after arrival.

Legal Compliance
Overseas hiring from Pakistan runs under the Emigration Ordinance, and the requirements are not optional. Job order registration, Protector of Emigrants clearance and correct employment documentation all have to be completed before a worker can legally leave. We manage those obligations across the recruitment cycle so nothing is discovered missing at the airport.

Payroll Outsourcing
Administering salaries for a workforce spread across sites is an ongoing task that has little to do with recruitment but lands on the same desk. We take on salary processing, employee record keeping and the related paperwork, so your team can concentrate on running the project rather than reconciling a spreadsheet every month.

Professional Visa Processing
Visa endorsement follows the medical result, not the other way round, and the documents then go to the Protector of Emigrants before anyone can travel. We run that sequence for every destination we deploy to, catching the errors that cause rejections before submission rather than after. Workers are briefed on their contract terms at the same stage.

Saudi Visa Processing
Saudi Arabia is our highest-volume route, and its requirements differ from the rest of the Gulf. The visa authority number has to match the demand letter, the medical has to be done at a hospital approved by the Saudi embassy, and the documentation has to be consistent across all three. We handle the full Saudi sequence from visa authority through to Protector clearance.

Saudi Visa Stamping
Stamping is the last step before travel, and it is where clean files still get delayed. Passports go to the consulate with the approved visa authority and the medical certificate attached, and timing depends on consular load rather than anything either of us controls. We prepare the submission so the common rejection causes, name mismatches, expired medicals and incomplete attestation, are dealt with beforehand.

Permanent & Contractual Placement
The contract period you set in the demand letter shapes everything that follows, from the candidates who apply to the gratuity and repatriation terms. We recruit against both models: long-term hires for ongoing operations, and fixed-term contracts tied to a project's duration. Candidates are told the contract length before they interview, which reduces the number who leave early.

Returned Workers Placement
Tradesmen who have already completed an assignment in the Gulf come back with skills the local market cannot teach: experience with the equipment, the site conditions and the pace of work. They need no orientation, they clear medicals and documentation faster, and they are less likely to leave within the first year. We keep this group tracked separately and can staff an order from it where the trades match.

Training & Skill Enhancement
Candidates who fail a trade test have usually done the work but never been assessed on it formally. We prepare shortlisted workers ahead of testing at certified institutions, covering the practical standards and the equipment they will be examined on. Fewer failed tests means fewer replacement rounds and a shorter gap between your demand letter and mobilisation.

BPO Services
Back-office work that has to be done but does not need to be done in-house can be handled from Pakistan at a fraction of the cost of staffing it locally. We take on outsourced administrative and support functions for client operations, with the same documentation and reporting discipline applied to our recruitment work.
